SOME MORE ANNOUNCEMENTS TOO MUCH FOR AMERICAN PRESS, WASHINGTON, sth September. Count Bernstorff (German Ambassador) announces the capture of ninety thousand Russians, and all the northern ports of France; the complete retreat of the Russians from the Austrian borders, a German cavalry raid to the walls of Paris, a great victory near Paris, and the retreat of the French and Belgian armies. Even the American newspapers now openly confess _ their disbelief of all the statements issuing from German sources.
