(TIMES AND BVDNBT SUM SERVICES,) LONDON, 6th September. The New Zealadid authorities in. London are training 250 men, out of hundreds of applicants, to replace New Zealand contingenters dropping out on account of illness or being wounded. London South Africans have innugu'rated a movement to offer the Government a completely horsed and equipped contingent of five hundred men, with •Maxim gun, aviation, and motor detachments.
