SPIES IN BELGIUM. BRUSSELS, 12th Aug. (morning). Three thousand Gormans arc awaiting court-martial in Belgium for espionage. It is reported Hiat a hundred have been shot. _ Spies are being found in every direction, disguised us priests, Boy Scouts, and women^ A batch of Gertnan officers have been arrested disguised in Belgian uniforms.
