SERIOUS RIOTS DAILY. COPENHAGEN, 12th August. Travellers from Berlin report that serious riots are of diaily occurrence owing to tho vise in the price of foodstuffs. Many tradesmen and" dealers have been arrested, and the police have closed many shops. Paper money is to be found everywhere, and is being refused. The Official Press Agency announced that private people were entitled to arrest suspicious characters, and a terrible man-hunt resulted.
