IT CONTINUES UNSHAKEN. ROME, llth August. The papers hero declare that henceforth it wiu\bo quite indifferent to Italy of Commons that no declaration of war on Austria- or vice versa, for no casus foederis was any longer possible for Italy, whose 'neutrality continues unshaken.
