SYDNEY OPERATORS ARE CAUTIOUS. HtDNEY, 3rd August. The wild excitement which characterised the week-end in the wheat market was entirely absent to-day, buyers deciding to operate cautiously. There were many sellers on spot at 4s 6d, but no buyers. Shippeis have declined to operate, in view of the high insurancerates, and loading has thus been practically suspended. Flour has advanced in price by 10r and- is now at £iv a ton.
