DAMAGES AGAINST A SHIPPING COMPANY. <By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyrlfht.) LONDON, 26th July. The Court granted the Bank of Australasia and other banks damages, with: costs, against the Clan Line for wool shipped ■by the Clan MacLaren from New Zealand in January, 1912, and damaged by sea water, the amount of the damage to be ascertained.
