KING AND QUEEN IN SCOTLAND

The Kingand Queen visited the Parkhead Steel Works, Glasgow, to watch the manufacture of 16-inch guns. A picturesque incident 'of the day was the presentation of a bouquet of orchids to the Queen, for which the workpeople subscribed a penny each. An overhead crane capable of lifting hundreds of tons was uCTTised to carry a little girl down, the shop to where their Majesties were, when she timidly asked the Queen to accept the bouquet. Their Majeßtie» were obviously delighted. TOUR CONCLUDED. (Received July 13, 11.30 a.m.) ' LONDON, 12th July. Their Majesties have concluded their, tour of Scotland. They visited Dunblane, Stirling, and Linlithgow.
