The Incorporated Society of Moat Importers' Smithfield market quotations for the undermentioned classes of frozen meat aro based on actual sales of not less than ono hundred carcases of muttpn or lamb, or twenty-five quarters of beef of fair average quality. Thp quotations are not for selected lines, but for parcels fairly representative of tho bulk of Wie shipments now on the market.
