I* Song cycles in Wollihgton. are very rare, and it is the intention of th© Harmonist Quartette to present to the musical loving public of Wellington from time to time what might be called, song cycle concert*. The first cycle will be given in the Town Hail Concert Chamber on Wednesday next, when Amy Woodforde-Finden's Burmese lovo story in song. "A \ Pagoda of Flowers," will bo heatd for tho first time, and the quartette of soloists are as follows :— Soprano, Mies Gladys Wat* kins; cent r alto, Mv» EUeen Driscoll; tenor. Mr. Waldemar Eiby; baritone, Mr. Sydney Allwright. 'The sotvg cycle abounds in bountiful 'eol^s, Mid the various artistb should be hoa-rd to ad* vantage both m soloa and oonee*t.pd numbers.
