There was a large attendance. Results: — Winter Oats, of 175 soys ; 6 furlongs. —Sir Moseley. 8.1, 1; Play Off, 7.13, 2; Epworth, 6.10. 3. All started. Won by two lengths. Time, lmin 15 4-ssec. Balgownie Hack Handicap, of 120 soys; 1 mile and a distance.— Lady Elgiva, 7.7, 1; Sweet ( Van, 7.2, 2; Sir Donald, • 7.7, 3. Scratched : Master Lupin, Square Deal. Won by a length ; half a length between second and third. Time, 2min 0 3-ssec. Grandstand Steeplechase, of 350 soys ; two miles and a-half. — Exotic, 9.13, 1; Silver Monarch, 10.2, 2; Northern, 9.7, 3r All started. Riro Atu, Passive, and Te Whetu fell. Won by three lengths. Time, smin 15sec. Rata Hack Hurdles, of 120 soys ; one mile and five furlongs. — Mescal, 9.12, 1; St. Gate, 10.12, 2: Sam Pan, 11.13, 3. All started. Won by two lengths. Time, 3min 4sec. \
