MESSAGE FROM WESTERN AUSTRALIA. GUARANTEE OF FUNDS AND MEN.
PERTH, Ist April. A cable message has been despatched to Sir Edward Carson by. a number of
sympathisers with Ulster, who propose forming an Ulster Association for Western Australia The message reads : — "Unionists guarantee £10,000, and more if required, to support you in resisting Homo Rule. We are also prepared to send a contingent of volunteers. Sympathy with Ulster is increasing."
