(Received April 2, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, Ist April. Polling for the by-election at East Fife (Mr. Asquith's seat)will take place on the 15th inst. Bands of militant and non-militant Suffragettes have invaded Mr. Asquith's ( constituency preparatory to the election.
