LOAN BEING FLOATED IN LONDON (By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright.) (TIMES AND SIDNEY SUN SERVICES.) PEKIN, Ist April. A British syndicate has obtained a contract to extend the Shanghai railway through Hanchang to Pang-lluiang. The syndicate is floating a loan of £8,000,000 in London.
