At Association football, Burnley and Sheffield United played off their Cup tie, the former winning by 1 goal to 0. In tho League football matches, Liverpool defeated Newcastle by 2 goals to 1, and Preston beat Asfcon Villa by 3 goals to 2. ALL BLACKS MAY GO TO ENGLAND. LONDON, Ist April. There is ft possibility of a New Zealand Rugby team oeing invited to visit Great Britain next season.
