AUSTRALIAN APPLES SHIPMENT TO LONDON.
(By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright.) (Received April 1, 9 a.m.) LONDON, 31st March. *" A shipment of apples by the steamer Otway arrived in good condition. There was a strong market. Prices realised were : — West Australian — Ribstones (slightly pitted), 16s to 18s; Jonathans, 15s to 21s ; Cox's, 16s 6d to 30s, and exceptionally good 365 ; Gravensteins, 12s ; Victorians (mostly small and immature, and many pitted)— -Jonathans. 10s 6d to 13s; Reinettes, 9s to 11s; Cox's, 10s 6d to 18s ; Ribstones. 9s 6d to 12s ; Munro's, 11s 6d to 13s
