Harry Lauder, the eminent Scottish comedian, arrived by the Sonoma. He received a great ovation. A procession, headed by pipers, conducted him to his hotel, and thousands of people lined the streets. WIRELESS WONDERS. PARIS, 30th March. A tenor singing in Brussels was heard at the Eiffel Tower by means of wireless. KAISER'S DECREE FOR OFFICIAL DINNERS. ■ BERLIN, 30th March. The Kaiser has directed that official dinners shall not last longer than fortyfive minutes.
