IN ULSTER INSUFFICIENT PROTECTION AGAINST RIOTS.

LONDON, 28th March. Ulster Liberals have telegraphed to the Premier stating that they are insufficiently protected against possible riots. The Mail, of Dublin (Unionist), states that it now appears, in connection with the sw t amping of Ulster, that eighteen batteries of field artillery and two of horse artillery were ordered to bo in readiness to go north. Thirty tons of ammunition were ordered from Dublin for the garrisons of Newbridge and Kildare.
