GERMANY'S FRIENDSHIP
BETTER THAN THAT OF SOCALLED PATRIOTS. (Received March 30, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, 29th March. Mr. E. H. Spender, journalist on the staff of the Daily News and Leader, and who ia a prospective candidate for the Cambridge seat, speaking at Cambridge, said he believed that the German Government kept the British Government informed of the orders for ammunition and rifles sent t<> German firms by the rebels in Ulster; thus Germany was a better friend to Great Britain than those so-called patriots.
