SYDNEY, 29th March. !A violent storm, accotnpdnie'd byja. gale and a flemgVo'f rain, passed over the city last evening. There was considerable damage jto property, and several persons were struck by lightning, one man being killed under & tree in Centennial Parkj where General Sir lan Hamilton was Reviewing 23,00O < troops. Sir lan Hamilton was greatly impressed by the manner in which the cadets unflinchingly faced the elements. Telegraphic communication is interrupted.
