FOUND DROWNED (BT TELEGRAPH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION.)
DUNEDIN, 28th March. The body of the man, about forty years of age, found on the rocks under the Victoria Wharf at Rattray-street. is believed by the police to be " that of a man named Bills, who comes from Kokonga, Otago Central.
