I fail to ;-ce what harm can be done by attending this match on the Friday. Surely it ic> not going to detract from anybody'^ piety or lead them astray. Aud \ don't think that it will be committing sin to pay an entrance "fee." Of courte, the C.13.M.5.. k doing good Work, but 1 would advise it not to dabble in nflnm, affprltng free and law-abiding citizens. Moreover, the members do not represent th<> majority of citizen*, Do the ."500 members of the C.E.M.S. take hoed of the numbers of their suburban members who cJo their little bit of gardening, carpentering, titivating, etc., on the Lord's Day? I hope this match will take place. --1 am, etc, SPORT.
