(8T TELEGRAPH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION.) DUNEDIN, This Day. As the result of a laid on a "two-up" school on the Town Belt near Mornington, on Saturday, 14th inst., twelve young men were to-day fined £10 each, with costs, at the Police Court.
