For commercial transport and passenger service, the Argyll motor vehicle has set a standard in New Zealand. Argyll' motor-b uses have _ made a pronounced success of the Timaru municipal motor service, and have been adopted for the Kelburne motor- 1 bus oystem and the Pahiatua-Pongaroa motor mail service, among others, while the Argyll motor' lorry is_ widely used by public bodies and private firms for transport purposes.
