CUSTOMS DUES
EVASION OF PAYMENT. (BY TELEGRAPH.— PKKSS ASSOCIATION.) CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. Colin C. Forsyth pleaded guilty at the Police Court on two charges *'of evading payment of _ Customs' dues, involving £33. He t.aid that the goods were got through with "his firm's consignment*. The case has no connection with the recent frauds, and defendant supplied the information on which the charges were based. He was fined J3IOO on each charge, reducible on the first to £25.'
