(Received March 7, 12.20 p.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. • Eegarding the Honolulu tragedy,' Wagner was a. well-known Sydney garage manager. He accompanied the lady to San Francisco, intending' to .follow her to Sydney,, not knowing that she intended to. forsake him. He was apprised by wireless, and followed by the next steanier to Honolulu, where he worked at an hotel until Mrs. Stuartj previously known as Mrs. Phypers, entered- with two ladies. After a short altercation, he shot her and then him6elf . • ' The murdered" woman left considerable property, which she willed to her four-year-old 'daughter.
