THE PRESENT ESTABLISHMENT. (By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright,) (TIMBS AND SIDNEY SUN SERVICES.) LONDON, .4th March. Lord Lucas, speaking in the House of Lords, stated that the present establishment of the Regular 'Army consisted of_ 10,54? officers and 233.218 non'cop missioned officers and men ; the Special Reserve totalled 78,714, and the Territorials 312,400. ■ (Received MarcTT 6, 11 a.m.) LONDON, sth March. The Army Estimates total £28,845,000, including a million for aviation.
