.WORKMAN'S TERRIBLE VENGEANCE. (By Telegraph.— -Press Association.— CopjriifeV.) (Received March 5, 8.30 a.m. ) ST. PETERSBURG, 4fch March. A foreman in the shrapnel tube section of the Putiloff works, actuated by vengeance over a private grievance, killed Captain Yon Slahl, the director of the section, with a crowbar and then committed suicide by jumping into tho electrical machinery.
