Germany and France, byes. Germany meets the winner of the AustrahVCanadn match, and France meets the winner of the Britein-Belgium series. Mr. Wrenn, chairman of the American Committee, expects Canada and Australia to play their matches in the United States, also the German contestants. Mr. Wrenn is negotiating with Boston, Chicago, and Philadelphia in order to decide matches and dates. ,
