INCREASE IN LABOUR VOTE AT LEITH BURGHS. (By Teleitraph.— Press Assoeiation.^CopyrljtliM LONDON, 27th February. The increase in the Labour vote at Leith Burghs came as a great surprise. The chief issue in the contest was Home Rule. [The election rendered necessary by the appointment of Sir Ronald MunroFerguson ' (Liberal) to the GovernorGeneralship of Australia resulted in a Unionist victory. Labour polled 3546.]
