CANADIAN OIL
PROHIBITION OF EXPORT IN WAR TIME. (By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright.) (Times— Sydney Sun Special Cables.) (Received February 25, 8.30 a.m.) OTTAWA, 24th February. At the instance of the Admiralty a Bill has been introduced in Parliament prohibiting the export of oil in times of emergency in order to preserve it for the use of the fleet in the event of war.
