COLONIAL STOCKS SOME REMAIN IN TOP PLACES. (By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright.) (Received February 25, 8.35 a.m.) LONDON, 24th February. The Daily Mail says that though there has been a substantial setback in regard to Home Government securities, the relapse in colonial stocks has been comparatively small, and some remain in the top places. This is not only a tribute to the steadiness of the colonial market, but an indication that however much speculation figured in the cheap money boom, there was a good deal of solid investment.
