PETITION WITHDRAWN. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received February 25, 11 a.m.) LONDON, 24th February. The petition for divorce lodged by Alexander Brodrick Leslie Melville (a director of tiie Union and London Bank), Earl Fitzwifliam and Mr. T. Comyn Platt being named as corespondents, has been withdrawn, Mr. and Mrs. Melville having agreed to a deed of separation. Mr. Platt and Lord Fitzwilliam will testify to-morrow, denying tho allegations made against them.
