OUTRAGE AT OPORTO
BOMB EXPLOSION. (By Telegraph.— Press Association,— Copyrljht.) (Times— Sydney Sun Special Cables.) MADRID, 10th February. A bomb exploded at the entrance to the residence of the former civil Gov« ernor of Oporto. A door and a window were blown to atoms, but nobody was injured. This is the third outrage- within a fortnight, and the populace is indignant™
Although it hag been generally xinderstood that Mr. Diamond Jenness, o\ Lower Hutt, who was a member of tht Stefansson Arctic Expedition, was safe all doubt, has now been removed. Hi' father, Mr. G. A. Jenness. Lower Hutt has received a cablegram from OttaWkj "Jenness safe."
