The final meeting of tho 1913 session of tho New Zealand Society of Accountants was held at tho Accountants' Chambers latst night, when Mr. C. B. Moripon, K.C., delivered a lecturo on membership of compuuies. The lecturer dealt with tho rights arid obligations of shareholders and the distribution of profits.
