♦ A RECORD YEAR. (flt TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) DUNEDIN, This Dny. Mr. Hallenetein. who presided over the D.I.C. shareholders' meeting thus after* noon, congratulated the meeting on having had a record year in regard to the volume of business and also the net profits, which showed an increase of £3303 over last year. If the directors' proposals for the distribution of tho year's profits woro approvod by tho shareholders a further sum of £5427 would bo added to the vesorvo fund, making a total accretion for the year of £7000, and raiding it to the substantial amount pf £44,000.
