STEAM LAUNCH COMES TO GRIEF (By Telegraph.- Press Association.— Copyright.) ST. PETERSBURG, 21st October. A steam launch, which was towing three other boats full of men, was dashed on to the beach at Okhotsk by heavy seas. Eleven men were drowned out of one boat. The second was rescued, but the third was driven out to sea, and its fftto is unknown. BOATS CAPSIZE— FIVE PERSONS DROWNED. NEW YORK, 2lßt October.
