The Orient liner Orontes, requiring a doctor" while at Colombo, shipped an Indian medical graduate of high qualifications. In consequence, the secretary at Perth of the Labour Federation has written to Mr. Agar Wynne (Federal Postmaster-General), protesting that the Orient mail contract prohibits coloured labour.
