SERVIAN NOTE

TERRITORY CLAIMED FOR ALL SACRIFICES. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. BELGRADE, 25th June. The Servian Note to Bulgaria asserts that the course of the war has so modified the treaty that it has made its obligatory value questionable. Servia's right was now greater because the Allies had conquered more territory than they \the Allies) had contemplated ; also, that the Great Powers had allowed Bulgaria to retain Thrace and Adrianople, and deprived Servia of most important terri' tory. Servia claims territory for all sacrifices made, by her on behalf of Bulgaria, which the treaty did not provide for. Both Servia and Bulgaria agreed to provide 100,000 troops for the Vardar operations, but Bulgaria had not fulfilled her obligations, Servia being compelled to take up the Vardar burden. When Turkey agreed to cede the 2ones which the treaty agreed they should conquer, the object of she war was attained, bufc Bujgaria had ctemanded the cession of Thrace and Adrianople. Hence the war continued to impose greater sacrifices upon Servia, outside the treaty. M. PASICS'S RETURN TO POWER. MILITARY COUP-DE-MAIN FEARED. VIENNA, 25th June. It is believed that M. Pasics's return to office as Premier involves, Servia abandoning her demand for a revision of | the anti-war treaty. The Tsar will only arbitrate upon the allocation of that part of Macedonia within the dieI putable zone. A military coup-de-main is feared.
