WITHOUT BARGAINING. {BT TBIOJOBAPfI— PRESS ASSOCIATION.) SUVA, 9th March. Mr. Foster, Canadian Minister for Trado and Commerce, informed a lqcal deputation that Canada had arranged to extend preference to Fiji without bargaining.
