Ah open verdict was returned at thft\ inquest on Acheson, who was killed inn a brawl in a street in Loichliardt, a>4 suburb of Sydney, on 18th February. The Coroner said he was quite satisfied' I that gross perjury had been committed, j and declared that it ww a pity that people who saw the occurrence had not a sufficient sense of duty to come forward in the interests of justice.
