TALISMAN CONSOLIDATED. (»Y TELEGRAPH—rItESS ASSOCIATION.) KARANGAHAKE, 7th March. During the month of February the Talisman Consolidated Company crushed and treated 3800 tons of ore for a yield of bullion valued at £19,289; the costs for the past month totalled 41s lOd, made up as follow -—Mine development, 11s ; mining, 14s lOd ; milling, 13s lOd; general, 2s 2d. The following cablegram was sent to London : — "No. 14 level, south drive, progress 18ft, assays low ; No. 4 crosscut, progress 67ft. Paid tributers for ore crushed, £57."
