HIS MAJESTY'S THEATRE.
, The two, thousand persons, who 'taxed the seating 'capacity of His Majesty's Theatre to its utmost last evening, were rewarded with one of the best picture programmes yet screened in Wellington. The t'star" .film, occupying the whole of the second half of the programme, is "The Making of the Panama Canal," by the Kineto Company. This firm h&s always made a speciality in educational' subjects, and it is no exaggeration to say that 'in "The Making of the Panama_ Canal" it lias produced -a masterpiece. The supporting subjects — good films and well chosen— include, "A Breach in Breeches," "The Strike," and "In the Underworld" (Lubin drama). There will be a repetition this evening.
