LODGE MEETING

The annual session- of the Wellington District Lodge, No. 6, 1.0.G.T-, was held in the Bechabite CFTamfcers, Man* neTa-stireet. Bro. W. H. Atkinson, 0.0.T 1 ., presided. There tvas a good attendance of delegates and members. The following executive officers were pre* cent:— D.C.T., 0.V.T., ,t>.S., , D.t., D.S.J.W., D.E.S. Threei member* of the subordinate lodges were initiated .into the advanced degree. The officers' annual reports showed an increase of membership in the adult and juvenile branches. It was resolved to invite the Grand Lodge to hold its next session (1915) in Wellington, A hearty vote of thanks was accorded the Pioneer Lodge for its generosity in allowing the use of' its furniture. A very interesting report was submitted by the D. secretary on the general business of the Order in this district. A hearty vote of thanks for past services was accorded the retiring executive. The following officers were elected for the ensuing year t — D.0.T., Bro. N. Ingram; D.V.T., Sis. Mts. Millar; D.S.J.W., Sis. Ledbrok (re-elected); D.Ohap., Sis. Bidmead; D.Sec., Sis. Rigarluford; D.T., Bto. G. Petherick; D. CouncilloT, Bro. Johnson; D.M.D., Bto. Palmer; D. Mar., Bro. Weston; D.P.C.T., Bro. Atkinson; D.G., Bro. Donaldson; D. Sen., Bro. Eagle jD. Rept., Bro. Ingram. The newly-elected officers -were theh installed by Bro. R. Rigarkford, D.G.C.T. (Grand Treasurer), the installing m&Tshale being : Bro. H. J. Milan (assist.- • G. Secretary) and Sis. Petherick. A hearty vote of thanks to the installing officers was carried unoniirnmsly.
