SYDNEY, 26th February The Tennis Association has advised by cable that Doust will be available to represent Australasia for the Davis Cup, and Wilding will play if possible. The lady members of the Lower Hutt Tennis Club yesterday received a visit from a team of ladies from the Thorndon Club. The games played resulted as follow :— - Singles. Miss C. Stevens (Hutt) beat Mis* Seed (Thofndon), 7-2; Mrs. Wtigg (Hutt) beat Miss Smythe (Thorndon), 7-4; Miss Kennedy- (Thorndon) beat Miss Callender (Hutt), 7-2; Miss Wilson (Hutt) beat Miss Lever (Thorndon), 7-3.
