CHARGE OF MISAPPROPRIATION
A young man named Herbert Gregory Bailey was charged before Mr. W. G. Riddell, S.M., at the Magistrate's Court this- morning, on the information of George H. Dixon, that on 27th January, 1911, at Wellington, being a ner.vant of the -New Zealand times Co., Ltd., and having received; the sum of £20 from- the British, Empire Tiding Co,, he ditl fraudulently omit to account for the same, Oft the application of Chief-Detective Broberg, accused was remanded to sth March. • Bail was allowed in £80 and equrvalont sureties.
