MAN DROWNED
OHARGE AGAINST BLUEJACKETS. By Trtegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. MALTA, 24th February. A statement by Maltese boatmen resulted in the arrest of two bluejacket* named Payne and Woodcock, belonging to the cruiser Royal Arthur, on a charge of throwing an artilleryman named Hourigan overboard. The man was drowned. The bluejacket* admit that they had a quarrel with Hourigan, who was drunk, and fell overboard.
