A meeting of the Wellington Harbour Board employees has been called for to-morrow evening to discuss the question of the necessity for organising all the permanent employees of the board. It has been suggested that either a union, association, or guild should be formed for the purpose of protecting and furthering the interests of storemen. tally clerks, and other permanent employees, not being members already of any union. The following sums have been received at The Post in aid of the widow and three children of the late Mr. TJrquitt, who have been left in distressed circumstances : — Mrs. H. D.
