WRECKAGE SEEN. (BY TELEGRAPH — PRESS ASSOCIATION.] GrISBORNE, This Day. Tho captain of the Kowhai reports sighting yesterday, off Castlepoint lighthouse, submerged wreckage, with a broken rnasfc attached, emerging six feet above tho water. It was too rough to make closer inspection. Captain Hender considers the wreckage a menace to shipping.
