Barnes, Labour M.P. for the Blackfriars Division of Glasgow, in an address at the Memorial Hall, eaid he was amazed at the amount of cant talked by the trade unionists. They fulminated at their 'congresses against sweating, yet caused it by; buying sweated goods.
